Today,070605, My men from Viper coy had pass out from their BMT. They are my first batch of men and i appreciate them even though they sometime piss me off.Most of them, in fact all of them, are older then i am,but after taking them for my first experience as an instructor… i realised that age really doesn`t matter, it is the way u bring yourself to others and how u behave and do things.Whether to earn their respect from their bottom of their heart or  to make them feel fear is all depend on an instructor. Ok! today i will not touch on ethics of instructor.

I just feel happy for my section`s men, as most of them had reach my expectation and they had perform well.They had all grown up to be a better person, a better REAL MEN.I felt a sense of achievement for that success. On top of that, i also trained a Company best trainee… i really felt happy and for the first time, i enjoy been an instructor as i had successfully change a person life and make them stronger… and knowing that i had earn all their respect and i had done my part.. this make me feel glad. But a coin always had two side…  thing always look nice on the appearance… but if u are really in it… u will realise how sickening and bad it will be when u are inside…
